Worry Box
Worries can often make you not sleep.
Worries can sometimes make you not want to eat.
Worries can make you feel lonely and scared.
When a worry is written down it can make you feel a little better.
- Sometimes putting a worry into a box allows you to forget about them a bit – especially at night times when worries always seem huge.
- Find a box, or make a box using this template.
- Decorate any which way you’d like. Stickers, big fat felt tip pens, small crayons, paints, stamps. Make it your glorious box.
- Write down, or draw out your worry and place inside the box.
- Some people like to do this in the morning. They ‘park’ their worries before they go to school. Other like to do it before they go to bed.
- The worry box can put outside the bedroom at night time. The worry box can live in school.
- Tell people if they are allowed to look inside your worry box or not.
