Confused

There is lots to be confused about. Life changes and what you once thought you knew may no longer be true.

Ways to Cope

  • Write down what is confusing you

  • If you feel confused about what is happening each day, draw a daily time table and add everything that will happen in the morning, afternoon and evening

  • Write a set of questions you need to ask a grown up

  • Talk to a grown-up or friend about the things you are NOT confused about, like the love you feel for your parents
